We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Please note: we do not offer refunds for regular orders, only exchanges. Refunds are only available if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival.

1. Eligibility / 退换条件

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • Item must be in brand-new condition with no unpleasant odor (e.g., perfume, body odor, smoke smell, etc.)

  • No stains, makeup marks, or pet hair

  • Item has not been worn, washed, or altered

  • Exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items that are defective, damaged upon arrival are eligible for refund or exchange.

  • 商品需保持原状、未穿戴,且附带所有吊牌。

  • 商品保持全新、无异味(如香水味、体味、烟味等)

  • 商品未沾染污渍、化妆品痕迹或毛发

  • 商品未穿过、未清洗、未修改

  • 商品需在 收货后 7 天内申请退换。

  • 存在缺陷、到货损坏,可申请退款或换货


2. Non-Eligible Items / 不可退换商品

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • 个性化或定制商品。

  • 已使用、清洗或修改过的商品。


3. Refund & Exchange Process / 退款与换货流程

  • Contact us at heatwaveboutique800@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you if your refund or exchange is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • 我们收到商品后会进行检查,并通知您退款或换货是否批准。

  • 经批准的退款将在 7–14 个工作日 内退回原支付方式。

4. Shipping Costs / 运费说明

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • 除非商品存在缺陷、损坏或发错,退货运费由顾客承担。

  • 原订单运费不可退款。
